Automics is a highly integrated platform for NMR-based metabonomics or metabolomics spectral processing and data analysis. It is targeted to aid researchers for processing high dimensional NMR spectroscopic data. Automics is an open source software tool under GNU license. Users can use it and redistribute it freely under GNU public license. Automics is developed under windows platform with visual C ,it covers almost all the stages of NMR-based metabonomics or metabolomics research pipelines.
